Aces Up in poker is a two-pair hand, with one pair of aces. The other pair can be any two matching cards. 

Aces Up Poker Example:

If you have an A6 hand and the flop produces an AT6 on the board, you have Ace Up with a pair of aces and a pair of sixes.
