Scoop in poker refers to the action of winning the entire pot. It is mainly used in Hi/Lo poker games to denote that a player won both the high hand and the low hand, therefore “scooping” the pot. 

Scoop Poker Example:

A common example of when a scoop happens in Hi/Lo poker games is when no player qualifies for the low holding, in which case the player with the best high hand will automatically win the entire pot.
