WPT Global Fall Festival Kicks Off – $2 Million and WPT World Championship Passports Up for Grabs

The most ambitious and prestigious online poker festival hosted by WPT Global to date has kicked off and will be running throughout the month of September.
To celebrate the coming of fall, WPT Global is offering $2,000,000 in guaranteed prizes across 81 events of the WPT Global Fall Festival, with big cash prizes, trophies, prestige, and seats in the coming WPT World Championship in Las Vegas all up for grabs.
Over the coming weeks, WPT Global lobby will offer daily Fall Festival events, with a variety of buy-ins and game formats available, including a total of 19 popular progressive knockout (PKO) events.

WPT Global Fall Festival Highlight Events
The inaugural WPT Global Fall Festival offers a variety of poker tournaments, with 81 events in total on the schedule, and some truly massive guarantees up for grabs.
To get things started, the Festival kicked off with Day 1 flights of WPT 500, a $530 event with a $125,000 guarantee, which will represent the first major multi-flight event of the series.
There will be far more action to come in the following weeks, including two majors whose trophies will be in everyone’s sights.
The $1,060 WPT Prime kicks off on September 17 and will offer 11 starting Day 1 flights, with remaining players eventually qualifying for Day 2 action, where at least $250,000 in cash will be up for grabs.
Finally, the online poker festival will climax in a massive $3,500 WPT Championship event with a $300,000 guarantee, which will also feature 11 starting days between September 24 and October 1, and final day action playing out on October 1.
These, of course, are only a select few of the biggest events, with plenty of smaller side events on the calendar as well.

Win Your Way to Vegas with WPT Global Fall Festival Leaderboard
Like many other online tournament series, the WPT Global Fall Festival will feature a comprehensive leaderboard which will include all 81 events of the series.
With each tournament you play, you will guarantee yourself at least one point towards the leaderboard, with further points available for higher finishers.
If you happen to capture a title in one of the WPT Global Fall Festival events, you will receive a maximum prize of 100 points, with all other final table finishers also receiving significant points’ boosts.
Everyone who ends up in the top 100 of the leaderboard will receive valuable prizes, all directly connected with the upcoming WPT World Championship in Las Vegas this December.

Fall Festival Champion of Champions and Second Chance Freerolls
Even more valuable prizes and chances to play in this year’s WPT World Championship await anyone who wins or makes a final table of one of the WPT Global Fall Festival events.
For all 81 champions, WPT Global has prepared the Champion of Champions Freeroll, whose date has not yet been announced, where the winners will have a chance to compete for WPT World Championship package and satellite tickets.
The eventual winner of this Freeroll will receive the $12,400 WPT World Championship passport, while those finishing in 2nd and 3rd will get $1,060 satellite tickets. Everyone else in the top eight gets a $200 ticket.
A final opportunity will be given in the Second Chance Freeroll, where all players who have made at least one final table during the WPT Global Fall Festival will get a seat.
The winner of this one will receive another $1,060 satellite ticket, while other final table finishers will have to contend with $220 and $55 tickets.
