A new season of the PokerStars European Poker Tour (EPT) is upon us, with the City of Love making its second appearance on the EPT calendar in 2024.
Following the massive success of EPT Paris last year, PokerStars is bringing its most prestigious poker tour back to the world capital of romance this February, with the very first event fittingly scheduled for February 14 (Valentine’s Day).
The festival will run for 11 days in total, spanning all the way to February 25, and will include events with buyins ranging from just €550 to €50,000, offering players of all profiles and different bankroll depths a chance to compete in an event fit for their purse.
With EPT Paris now just a month away, we look at the preliminary schedule for the festival, along with the dates, venue, and other key information you will need to know to get ready for your trip to Paris.

- Runs February 14 – 25
- Played at Le Palais des Congrès de Paris

Mesmerizing Venue for World Class Poker Event
This year’s EPT Paris events will be played at the mesmerizing Le Palais des Congrès de Paris, a mere short walk away from Arc de Triomphe and Tour Eiffel, two of the world’s most visited tourist attractions.
The hall itself will offer more space than a poker event could possibly need, allowing for plenty of walking, breathing, and playing room for all who decide to travel out to the event.
Situated in the very center of Paris, the venue will also offer easy access to hundreds of potential accommodations with a range of options in terms of pricing and luxury.
If you are traveling just to play poker and compete, PokerStars will do their best to take care of you and ensure you have everything you could possibly need right at the venue.
On the other hand, if you also want to explore the magic of Paris, possibly with your significant other, you will have many options to do this as well, as Paris offers more tourist attractions than most other European cities.
Explore the countless museums and cultural sites of Paris by daytime or allow the enchanting streets of the City of Light to take you into the night and show you a time you will never forget.
The addition of Paris to the EPT schedule was one of the most brilliant moves PokerStars have done in recent years, and last year’s success of the festival clearly demonstrated the kind of appeal the French capital has on thousands of Texas Hold'em Poker players who enjoy playing EPT events.
EPT Paris Schedule Revealed
Now that only a month is left before the first EPT festival of the season kicks off in Paris, we know how the schedule will look, with all the major events already announced.
Keep in mind that, alongside these, there will be plenty of daily events on the sidelines that you will have a chance to play if you happen to bust the key events and are looking for some extra poker action.
As has become customary, the festival will start out with FPS (France Poker Series) events, which offer lower buyins and an opportunity for casual poker players to enjoy the EPT experience at a fraction of the price.
These will include the €1,100 FPS Main Event and €550 FPS Cup, both of which are expected to attract thousands of runners.
The EPT Paris Main Event itself will kick off on February 19 and offer multiple four Day 1 flights, with the final day of EPT Paris scheduled for February 25.
In the meantime, EPT Paris will offer plenty of action across the stakes, including several attractive High Roller events for the top players out there.
