ACR Poker’s Run Up Series concluded with more than $10.8 million in prize pools and $458,960 in overlays.

Three Main Events Crown New Run Up Champions

The largest Main Event prize went to greedyalex in the $1,050 event. The tournament attracted 866 entries and created an $866,000 prize pool, beating its $750,000 guarantee.

greedyalex collected $173,732 for first place. JINLEMON finished second for $126,552, while Maddona took third for $92,383.

The $215 Main Event also cleared its guarantee. A total of 2,321 entries pushed the prize pool to $464,200, above the advertised $400,000.

Organisedman won the event and earned $78,027. Goldennnn received $57,143 for second, while whtsallthishn collected $41,714 for third.

The $33 Main Event attracted 4,276 entries but did not reach its $200,000 guarantee naturally. ACR added $71,720, making it the largest single overlay of the series.

0to100k took first place for $36,016. weres261 earned $26,065 in second, and NPK300 finished third for $18,859.

Instant198 Wins the $1M Mystery Bounty

The $66 Mystery Bounty produced the largest field among the featured Run Up finale events. It recorded 16,117 entries and finished with the advertised $1 million prize pool.

Instant198 won the tournament and collected $73,547 in regular prize money. The champion also added $5,650 through mystery bounties.

Coonhog finished second for $54,053 plus $1,725 in bounties. PIESnaStacki earned $39,728 for third and collected another $1,200 from bounties.

I previously covered the $1 million Mystery Bounty before the event began, including its structure and $100,000 top bounty. The final numbers now show how much interest the low-buy-in event generated.

BUENAHISTORIA and HAPPYDEATH Top the Leaderboards

The five-week festival also ended its High and Low leaderboard competitions. BUENAHISTORIA finished first in the High standings and secured the top leaderboard package.

CAPTAINHOOKS placed second, while LITLSTITIOUS completed the top three. The leading High leaderboard positions included cash prizes and additional tournament tickets.

HAPPYDEATH won the Low leaderboard after five weeks of qualifying results. CYRAXJR finished second, and OCTOBERACE took third.

The Low leaderboard awarded $5,000 in cash to HAPPYDEATH. CYRAXJR received $3,000, while OCTOBERACE earned $2,000 alongside additional tournament rewards.

ACR Adds Nearly $459K in Run Up Series Overlays

The final series numbers provide useful context beyond the individual winners. Run Up tournaments generated $10,812,103 in combined prize pools over five weeks.

ACR contributed $458,960 in overlays when tournament entries did not fully cover advertised guarantees. An overlay means the operator adds money to ensure the guaranteed prize pool is still paid.

The $33 Main Event received the largest single contribution at $71,720. The $5.50 Dime PKO needed another $43,035 to reach its guarantee.

A $150,000 High Roller received $40,800 in added money. The $1 million Mystery Bounty required a further $32,980.

Not every major event needed support. Both the $1,050 and $215 Main Events exceeded their guarantees through player entries alone.

A Strong Finish for the Five-Week Run Up Series

Three new Main Event champions emerged as the Run Up Series closed with more than $10.8 million in prize pools. The $458,960 overlay figure also shows where advertised guarantees created additional value for participating players.

Chasing stories at the table has always been just as exciting to me as chasing chips. I’m drawn to the tension of live tournaments, the psychology, the shifting dynamics, and that unmistakable buzz you only get in a real poker room. Poker has been a constant in my life for years - sometimes in the background during busy stretches, sometimes front and center with late-night tournaments, live events, and regular trips to Las Vegas to soak in the atmosphere of the game’s biggest stage. I naturally gravitate toward MTTs, where every hand feels like part of a bigger narrative. To me, every tournament, platform, and trend has its own hidden storyline - you just have to look a little closer to spot what’s really unfolding behind the chips.
