17th Anniversary Sunday Storm
For 17 years now, Sunday Storm has been the most appealing online poker weekly tournament with an $11 buy-in across the online poker world, with anniversary editions typically offering a special boost.
This year, PokerStars celebrates another year of the tournament running regularly each Sunday with the $700k guaranteed 17th Anniversary Sunday Storm, which is scheduled for Sunday, April 16.
The tournament will feature the standard $11 buy-in and a PKO format, which means $5 will be taken out of every buy-in to go towards the KO prize pool.
The #SundayStorm 12th Anniversary takes place this Sunday, & we've boosted the guarantee on the $11 tournament all the way up to $700,000!
But if you want to qualify for less…

All players who decide to play in this one will start their journey with 10,000 in poker chips, while the blinds will escalate every 20 minutes, starting at 25/50 on level 1.
Unlike the 17th Anniversary Sunday Million, the Sunday Storm will not have a guaranteed first place prize or any limitations on re-entries.
This means you can enter the event and fire as many bullets as you see fit during the late registration period, and this could lead to some wild play in the early levels.
Satellite tournaments for the 17th Anniversary Sunday Storm are still running, so head on over and win some tickets to burn through this coming Sunday.
Sunday Majors in April
As usual, PokerStars continues to offer almost unlimited tournament action on Sundays, with the popular Sunday Majors in the spotlight.
Each Sunday for April, you will have a chance to jump into the $11 Sunday Storm, $109 Sunday Kickoff, $109 Sunday Warm Up, $109 Sunday Million, and the $215 Sunday Supersonic to name just a few of the key events of the day.
For all the poker loving ladies out there, the $22 Women’s Sunday offers a unique opportunity to play with other ladies, with all men barred from entering the event.
Each of the Sunday Majors guarantees a massive prize pool and participation, and these are typically some of the best tournaments to play on the weekends thanks to a lot of satellite winners jumping in to play way higher than they normally do.
You too will have a chance to win your seats in these major weekly events through satellites, with countless seats available every week at just fraction of the full price.
Plenty of other action is also available alongside the Sunday Majors, with many tournaments featuring boosted prize pools on Sunday evenings.
Saturday Lineup Events
While Sundays may be the best days to play online poker tournaments, each Saturday of April will also offer quite a bit of action at PokerStars.
Every Saturday will kick off with the $3.30 Saturday Micro, the ideal opportunity to build up some bankroll at a very affordable price.
The $27 Saturday Eliminator starts a bit later in the day, offering hectic PKO action, a chance to play for a substantial prize pool, and win some extra cash every time you eliminate a player.
Players with deeper bankrolls and those who win some tournament tickets will have a chance to play for the big bucks in the $215 Saturday KO, the big bounty event of the day.
Heads up masters out there will get their weekly kick of action in the $215 Saturday Duel, one of the best heads up tournaments you can find anywhere on the internet.
Finally, Saturday action will wrap up with the $33 Saturday Speedway, the final event on the list of the Saturday Lineup this April.
Bounty Builders, Hots, and Bigs Every Day
Of course, you will not need to wait for the weekends to get in plenty of tournament action at PokerStars, with a massive schedule available every single day of April.
The daily PokerStars schedule offers games with buy-ins ranging from just $0.10 all the way up to $530 and beyond, making it ideal for all bankroll sizes and player types.
Many of the key daily tournaments at PokerStars now feature the PKO or bounty builder format, with escalating bounties making for entertaining endgame and some high-pressure decision making in the late stages of the event.
Whether you are looking to casually play a couple of tournaments on your phone or grind it out playing 20 tables at a time, PokerStars will have you covered at all times.
Win Your Seat for EPT Monte Carlo
The month of April will culminate in EPT Monte Carlo, one of the biggest live tournaments in Europe this year.
PokerStars, as the official sponsor of EPT, is offering exclusive qualifier tournaments to EPT Monte Carlo, which kicks off on April 26.
That means there is still time to jump into the direct satellites to the €5,300 Main Event, or one of the other events of the festival, or win your way to the EPT by playing in the lower stakes feeder satellites.
Make sure to check out the Live Satellites section of the PokerStars lobby this April for a detailed look at the EPT Monte Carlo satellites, as well as more qualifier tournaments for other PokerStars sponsored live events coming up in May and beyond.
