The World Series of Poker in Las Vegas has wrapped up, but WSOP has already announced a number of events that will play out until the end of the year under its flag, including WSOPE, WSOP Paradise, and a variety of WSOPC stops in the US and abroad.

Now, the Series has announced 33 brand new online bracelet events to throw in the mix, which will play out during late summer and early fall at GGPoker.

The WSOP Online Series will offer players plenty of opportunities to win real gold WSOP bracelets from the comfort of their homes, but also get some more action in anticipation of the inaugural WSOP Paradise.

The Series will be open to players from Europe, Asia, and other parts of the world. There is plenty of bling and tens of millions of dollars awarded across the six weeks of intense tournament poker action.

WSOP Online Bracelets at GGPoker

This year’s WSOP Online Series starts at GGPoker and welcomes all international players to play for any one of the 33 WSOP bracelets being given out.

The Series kicks off on August 20 and will run all the way through October 2. There will also be plenty of side action going on throughout the period.

The highlight of the GGPoker WSOP Online will be the $5,000 WSOP NLH World Championship with a $25 Million guarantee, one of the biggest online poker tournaments of the year.

Apart from this, players will get a chance to play in a $10k Heads Up Championship event, $1,500 Million Maker, and $210 Mystery Bounty tournament with a $10 Million prize pool. There is even a $100 Flip and Go event with a cool million dollars guaranteed.

Continental Freerolls and Leaderboards

GGPoker is throwing in some extra value for players who enter this year’s WSOP Online events. This time around it’s all about competition between players from different continents.

At the start of the Series, you will be assigned to one of the four possible continents, with the area designated based on your home country.

Every time you play in a WSOP bracelet event, you will be in with a shot to play a special Continental Freeroll. However, this freeroll will only be available to players in the same continent as the champion of the particular event.

Continental Freerolls will have prize pools of between $10,000 and $100,000 each, with a total of $2 Million given away over the six weeks of action.

You won’t need to do anything special to get into the Continental Freerolls. Simply grind the WSOP Online events and get free entries into all freerolls you become eligible for.

Four players will also be awarded via Continental Leaderboards. A $35,000 WSOP Paradise package awaits to the champion of each Leaderboard at the end of the series.
