Rank

A rank is the card’s or hand’s value compared to the other cards and hands in the game.

Rank Poker Example:

For instance, in Texas Hold’em, the ace is the highest-valued card in the game, while the 2 is the lowest-ranking card.

When it comes to hand rankings, the strongest hand is a royal flush, while the weakest is a high card (no pair) hand.
