Wild Card

A wild card in poker is a card that can take the place of any other card in the deck. In some games, a specific card is always set as the wild card, while in others, the players or the dealer can choose the wild card.

Wild Card Poker Example:

Let’s say you’re playing a 5-Card Draw Deuces Wild variant. In this poker variation, all four number 2 cards in the deck act as wild cards. If you have an As Ks Qs Ts 2c, you have a royal flush, as the 2c acts like a Js to help you complete the hand.
