Cowboys is a poker slang term for a pair of kings as the player’s hole cards. After pocket aces, the pocket kings is the second-strongest starting hand in poker.

Poker Cowboys Example:

If you have cowboys and the board produces 4s Ts Kh, it means you flopped a three-of-a-king hand with three kings.
