A line in poker are the bets that a poker player makes over the course of a hand. It is their betting path from beginning to end, across multiple streets.

Line Poker Example:

If you checked twice and then folded your hand when faced with a big bet, the actions you took in that hand can be represented by a check-check-fold line.
