Loose Aggressive

Loose Aggressive, also known by the abbreviation LAG, is a poker strategy in which a player plays a wider range of hands and always looks for opportunities to bet or raise. This shouldn’t be confused with maniac players, as Loose Aggressive players use calculated aggression, as opposed to recklessly playing almost every hand.

Loose Aggressive Poker Example:

For instance, Loose Aggressive players aren’t afraid of being in marginal situations and have to always look for weaknesses they can exploit in their opponents. If you want to play Loose Aggressive poker, you must be confident and constantly on the attack. This makes it much more challenging than a Tight Aggressive playstyle.
